The key objectives at Family First Stop - Charles Brownlee is to provide a flexible, holistic and client centred approach to service provision, for service users assessed as requiring accommodation in a Supported Accommodation environment. The aim of the service is to support homeless households to resolve their homelessness, prevent repeat homelessness and sustain appropriate temporary and permanent accommodation. Lot 1: The primary aim of the service is to provide safe and secure emergency first stop accommodation for homeless individuals or couples or households with children, and where appropriate, ensure that their housing support needs are met within the accommodation.
