The contract covers comprehensive footfall data collection and reporting service for city centre of Leeds. The contract covers all aspects of data collection, management, analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, with the aim of improving the city's understanding of footfall trends and supporting strategic decision-making. The contract is for 3 years, to commence 1 April 2025 and expire 31 March 2028. There is an option to extend the contract by 2 x 12 months.
