P-37177 Service Contract for DNA Analyser/KingFisher Ex robots/Thermal Cyclers Lot 1: APHA requires the following level of service as listed against each Equipment / serial number <br/>Service Description: “RC Site MDTV PM”<br/>− Includes one (1) onsite Planned Maintenance per year during which Multiplex Dynamic Temperature Verification (MDTV) service will be performed. <br/>− Digital remote support, and access to technical support (Monday - Friday, <br/>standard business hours).<br/>Service Description: “AB Assurance 1PM”<br/>− One (1) Planned Maintenance service visit per annum.<br/>− Includes all parts, labour and travel for unlimited breakdowns.<br/>− One calibration kit for qPCR instruments. <br/>− Fast Response time - Engineer on site usually within 48 working hours for <br/>breakdowns (guaranteed on site in 72 working hours).<br/>− Free access to Technical and Application Support Helplines.<br/>− Guaranteed call back within three (3) working hours for breakdowns.<br/>Service Description: “AB RC Support Plus Site MDTV PM”<br/>− Includes unlimited breakdowns throughout the service plan period. <br/>− Includes all parts, labour and shipment for bre
