23/00004 Contract award Stand-by stores for vaccines - FHI

Description

The Norwegian Public Health Institute (the contracting authority) would like to enter into a framework agreement with a third party supplier (3P-supplier) that can be responsible for receiving vaccines from suppliers, managing the stand-by store, regularly transporting vaccines to the Norwegian Public Health Institute, and destroying vaccines that are in the 3P supplier's store upon request from the Norwegian Public Health Institute. Lot 1: The 3P supplier will regularly receive vaccines from suppliers on behalf of the Norwegian Public Health Institute, manage the stand-by store, regularly transport vaccines to the Norwegian Public Health Institute, and destroy products in the 3P supplier's store upon request from the Norwegian Public Health Institute. Vaccines must, as a starting point, be stored and transported at 2-8°C. The 3P supplier must inspect received vaccines, whilst the Norwegian Public Health Institute will give approval for distribution. The 3P store must be located in Oslo or the central eastern area. The Norwegian Public Health Institute's products can be stored together with other medicines in the 3P supplier's store. The contract duration is four years. A contract will be signed with one tenderer. There will be an option to extend the duration of the contract for two plus two years (1+1).
