Description

The objective of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority's continuing need for consultancy assistance for communication services. The services that are to be provided include, amongst other things, communication services in printed and digital/social media, consultancy and knowledge on efficient use of different media/platforms (including new media/platforms), graphical design, campaigns on different platforms, film and video production, and photos. The estimated value of the framework agreement is NOK 13.1 million. The maximum contract value is NOK 29.6 million. The contract is split into three lots, see the contest provisions for further information. Lot 1: Lot 1: Communication services for the Western Norway Regional Health Authority and Stavanger Hospital Trust. The objective of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority's continuing need for consultancy services for communication services for the Western Norway Regional Health Authority and Stavanger Hospital Trust. The services that are to be provided include, amongst other things, communication services in printed and digital/social media, consultancy and knowledge on efficient use of different media/platforms (including new media/platforms), graphical design, campaigns on different platforms, film and video production, and photos. The estimated scope for lot 1 is NOK 9.65 million for the entire contract period, and the maximum value is NOK 24 million for the entire contract period. Lot 2: Lot 2: Communication services for Bergen Hospital Trust The objective of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority's continuing need for consultancy services for communication services for Bergen Hospital Trust. The services that are to be provided include, amongst other things, communication services in printed and digital/social media, consultancy and knowledge on efficient use of different media/platforms (including new media/platforms), graphical design, campaigns on different platforms, film and video production, and photos. The estimated scope for lot 2 is NOK 2.65 million for the entire contract period, and the maximum value is NOK 4 million for the entire contract period. Lot 3: Lot 3: Communication services for Fonna Hospital Trust The objective of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority's continuing need for consultancy services for communication services for Fonna Hospital Trust. The services that are to be provided include, amongst other things, communication services in printed and digital/social media, consultancy and knowledge on efficient use of different media/platforms (including new media/platforms), graphical design, campaigns on different platforms, film and video production, and photos. The estimated scope for lot 3 is NOK 0.8 million for the entire contract period, and the maximum value is NOK 1.6 million for the entire contract period.
