Description

The contracting authority would like to procure an air-controlled feeding installation for its sea farm in Austevoll. The aim of the procurement of a new feeding installation is to replace the current feeding installations. The contracting authority would like a feeding installation that is dimensioned to feed fish with pellets sized 3 mm to 9 mm. Exact feeding and control of amount, even with small biomatter; 5 x 5 sea pen, and with a low degree of feed being crushed, is particularly important for a good research set-up and research results. Lot 1: The qualification of tenderers will be done in stage 1 of the contest. There are specific requirements for tenderers' qualifications. The qualification requirements are minimum requirements for the tenderer's suitability to deliver the procurement in question, and thereby fulfil the contract obligations. The qualification requirements are specified in the contest information in Mercell. Tenderers must fulfil all the qualification requirements in order to be seen as qualified for participation in the contest. The selection of any excess qualified tenderers, who will be invited to submit tenders in the contest, will be undertaken on the basis of which tenderers are considered to be the most qualified after an assessment of the submitted documentation connected to fulfilment of specified requirements for the tenderer’s technical and professional qualifications.
