Description
Alliance Homes is inviting tenders for the provision of a self-service Geographic Information System solution. The duration of the contract is for an initial period of three years from go-live followed by 12 month rolling extensions. It's desired that the system goes live in / by December 2024. The tender is issued by NSAH (Alliance Homes) Ltd, part of the Alliance Homes Group, a community-based social housing provider located in North Somerset. We currently own and manage around 6,500 homes, employ 350 staff, have an annual turnover of c £43 million and work in partnership with local, regional and national agencies to deliver our services. Any resulting contract may be utilised by any member or future member of the Alliance Homes Group or in delivering any shared services through a shared services or partnership arrangement or group of which a member of the Alliance Homes Group is currently or in the future a member of, or by any members current or future of such an arrangement or group.
