Erd- und Tiefbauarbeiten für die Errichtung einer Unterkunft für Geflüchtete. Auf dem Parkplatz des botanischen Gartens an der Ohnhorststraße der Neubau von sechs nicht unterkellerten Wohncontaineranalagen mit Abmessungenvon etwa 12 m x 15 m und jeweils 1 Aussentreppe in derMitte der Gebäude geplant. Die Modulgebäude erhalten ein Erd- und Obergeschoss.Zusätzlich sollen zwei 20 Fuß Container als Materialcontainer geliefert und aufgestellt werden. Fördern & Wohnen (F&W) gibt obdach- und wohnungslosen Menschen ein Dach über dem Kopf und hilft ihnen, wieder Fuß zu fassen. Auch Geflüchtete finden hier eine Bleibe auf Zeit. Für Menschen, die es auf dem Wohnungsmarkt besonders schwer haben, schafft F&W Wohnungen. Menschen mit Behinderung oder psychischer Erkrankung wohnen bei F&W und erleben Teilhabe. F&W Fördern & Wohnen AöR ist ein Tochterunternehmen der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg. Mit 2.100 Mitarbeitenden ist es an über 200 Standorten für Menschen da.
