La consultation a pour objet les prestations de maintenance préventive et corrective des installations de chauffage, ventilation, climatisation (CVC) et plomberie (disconnecteurs, relevage, Eau chaude sanitaire - ECS) des sites de l'Etablissement Français du Sang Auvergne Rhône Alpes, conformément aux stipulations du CCTP. Il s'agira d'un accord exécuté suivant l'émission de bons de commande, conclu avec uniquement un engagement maximum exprimé en valeur sur quarante-huit (48) mois, (article R.2162-4 2° du code de la commande publique). Les montants estimés figurant dans le présent avis sont définis sur 4 ans. A titre indicatif la notification du marché est prévue le 01/03/2024.
