The aim of the contest is to facilitate service recipients who will need temporary housing. Stavanger Municipality, c/o the NAV offices, is obliged under the Social Services in the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Organisation Act, Section 27 to find temporary housing for those who cannot do so themselves. The service will be relevant in acute situations. Stays in temporary housing must not go on for a long time. The NAV offices in Stavanger Municipality must be a user of this framework agreement. A complete description of the delivery and the requirements specification can be found in the three attached lots. Lot 1 concerns - hostels/boarding houses or equivalent for - homeless persons with drug and alcohol abuse challenges and/or a low housing ability. Lot 1: Lot 1 - hostels/boarding houses or equivalent for - homeless persons with drug and alcohol abuse challenges and/or a low housing ability The procurement concerns the rental of temporary housing in hostels/boarding houses or similar for homeless persons with drug and alcohol abuse challenges and/or low housing ability. The aim of the contest is to facilitate service recipients who will need temporary housing. Stavanger Municipality, c/o the NAV offices, is obliged under the Social Services in the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Organisation Act, Section 27 to find temporary housing for those who cannot do so themselves. The service will be relevant in acute situations. Stays in temporary housing must not go on for a long time. The municipality will, as far as it is possible, implement measures that will secure permanent housing for those who need it as quickly as possible. The NAV offices in Stavanger municipality will be the user of this framework agreement and are responsible for ordering temporary housing. Agreements will be signed for up to 15 permanent paid places per year, in addition to places that will be rented on a 24-hour basis. Option to extend the agreement by 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 year. Lot 2: Lot 2 - boarding houses/hotels or equivalent for - homeless persons and couples without children The procurement will cover rentals on a 24-hour basis to cover the ongoing need for temporary housing in boarding houses/hotels for homeless persons and couples without children in Stavanger municipality. The aim of the contest is to facilitate service recipients who will need temporary housing. Stavanger Municipality, c/o the NAV offices, is obliged under the Social Services in the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Organisation Act, Section 27 to find housing for those who cannot do so themselves.
