INTENTION TO AWARD NOTICE. This notice is an intention to award a contract under the PSR competitive process regulations, please note contract will not be awarded until successful completion of mandatory standstill period as required under PSR 2023 Regulations. NHSE939 Lot 1 Primary Care Services (including Substance Misuse) and Lot 2 Mental Health Services (including Learning Disabilities and Autism) for West Yorkshire adult male prisons within His Majesty's Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS). For and on behalf of NHS England: North East and Yorkshire Health and Justice Team. Lot 1: Lot 1 for Primary Care Services (including Substance Misuse) This notice is an intention to award a contract under the PSR competitive process, please note the Relevant Authority will not award a contract until the successful completion of the mandatory 8 day standstill period. Lot 1 for Primary Care Services (including Substance Misuse) Approximate lifetime value of the contract - £91,953,739 This is an existing service. The new contract, is for 6 years, with effect from 01 April 2025, with the option to extend for a further 3 years subject to satisfactory financial and contractual performance and at the discretion of the Relevant Authority. Additional information: This notice is an intention to award a contract under the PSR competitive process regulations, please note contract will not be awarded until successful completion of mandatory standstill period as required under PSR 2023 Regulations. The contract award criteria are specified in the provider response document (PRD). The PRD includes the contract award criteria, including the agreed relative importance of key criteria (for example weightings apportioned to questions within the key criteria) against which responses were evaluated. Lot 2: Lot 2 - Mental Health Services (including Learning Disabilities and Autism) This notice is an intention to award a contract under the PSR competitive process, please note the Relevant Authority will not award a contract until the successful completion of the mandatory 8 day standstill period. Lot 2 - Mental Health Services (including Learning Disabilities and Autism) Approximate lifetime value of the contract - £38,244,437 This is an existing service. The new contract, is for 6 years, with effect from 01 April 2025, with the option to extend for a further 3 years subject to satisfactory financial and contractual performance and at the discretion of the Relevant Authority.
