The M365 licences comprises Outlook email, Microsoft Office products, SharePoint data storage, Microsoft Teams and a range of other software tools and security products. These Microsoft products are key in supporting the Council run its business. The route to market was a direct award from Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Gcloud14 to Microsoft Limited for Microsoft Unified Advanced Support. Microsoft Limited are the only supplier able to provide support for these Microsoft products.
