The London Borough of Tower Hamlets is going to market in an open tender in July to procure for two Lots for the Children and Young People’s Health and Wellbeing Service. Lot 1 Enhanced Public Health Nursing Service (EPHNS) Lot 2 (Enabling Community Health Outcomes (ECHO)The London Borough of Tower Hamlets (LB Tower Hamlets) will run an Expression of Interest to put in place future arrangements for suitably qualified and experienced organisations to deliver the CYPHWS, which will be commissioned in two lots: Lot 1 (Enhanced Public Health Nursing Service) and Lot 2 (Enabling Community Health Outcomes). This Market Sounding Exercise (MSE) is not an invitation to tender or a request for formal expressions of interest. LB Tower Hamlets as commissioning authority, is issuing this for information only, to understand the reaction of the market and mobilise interest.
