Expressions of Interest are invited from suitably qualified Main Contractors who wish to be considered for construction works of the Dunboyne Senior National School a new educational building within an existing campus. The proposed works involve the construction of a two-storey, 24 classroom senior primary school with two class base SEN and ancillary spaces with total floor area of circa 4450sqm. Works also involve site work including the construction of external stores, all new hard play areas, shared central grass play area, general purpose external amenity spaces, access road with lay-by set down, new carparking spaces, covered bicycle stands, ancillary infrastructure works, including new vehicular access points and new pedestrian access, together with new boundary treatments and landscaping work and all associated development works. The development will be within a live site. The day to day operation of the existing school must be maintained at all times by the Main Contractor. The contractor may require to carry out the works concurrently with other works by a separate contractor on the site.
