Description

Lichfield District Council (LDC) is currently considering procurement renewal options for the provision of a Revenues and Benefits System due to expire on 31st March 2025 and is seeking to engage with the market for future service planning. In order to ensure the Lichfield District Council specification requirements includes current market innovation and ideas, we would welcome an opportunity to meet with Suppliers to explore commercial progress in this area. LDC are particularly interested in understanding the following areas: 1. Revenues and Benefits systems 2. Cloud hosting 3. Banded scheme support 4. Digital forms 5. Automations and integrations 6. Future developments and road mapping Lot 1: Interested suppliers should provide brief responses to the following questions. 1. Name and registered organisation address 2. Contact name, number and email address 3. Briefly summarise your offering and general experience of providing Revenues and Benefits systems to similar natured organisations, including details of cloud hosting transformations and timescales What challenges does your organisation envisage with on premise to cloud migration for a Council such as LDC 4. Please provide a brief outline of how you have implemented new systems into similar natured organisations and any successes / lessons learned 5. Please outline your understanding of relevant Revenues and Benefits legislation in relation to the software Please note the following- the questions are designed to provide details to the council of your current offering and future interest in providing software services to the Council. • This shouldn’t be onerous for your organisation; abbreviated and note form answers using bullet points will suffice. The objective is to explore market innovation into future Lichfield District Council planning. Outcome information may be used to inform a future specification for the LDC. The Council reserve the right to request demonstrations and hold supplier meetings for the purpose of soft market testing.
