Le marché public issu de la présente consultation constitue un accord-cadre mono-attributaire qui fixe toutes les stipulations contractuelles, exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande, conformément à l'article L.2125-1-1° ainsi qu'aux articles R.2162-1 à R.2162-6, R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Chaque Lot de la présente consultation est conclu avec un minimum fixé en quantité(s) de système(s) analytique(s) et avec un montant maximum valable pour toute la durée de validité de l'accord-cadre. La quantité minimum fixée pour chaque lot est la quantité de système(s) analytique(s). Le montant maximum renseigné pour chaque Lot inclut toutes les prestations prévues par le présent marché et détaillées dans le CCTP. Les résultats financiers sont en euro(s) HT. Lot 1: Quantité minimum en système(s) analytique : 12; Montant maximum (HT) : 24 millions. Lot 2 : Quantité minimum en système(s) analytique : 8; Montant maximum (HT) : 10 millions.
