This project involves the construction of 190 new homes, comprising 181 apartments and 9 townhouses. This project involves the construction of 190 new homes, comprising 181 apartments and 9 townhouses. The scheme is a continuation of previous work, with some basement and piling works already completed on the brownfield site. Scope of Work: Design and Build contract under JCT D&B 2024 form. Completion of 190 residential units: 181 apartments and 9 townhouses. Utilisation of existing basement and piling structures as part of the development. Estimated Contract Value: £36 million Project Timeline: Expected Procurement Date: February 2025 Expected Start Date: June 2025 Expected Completion Date: May 2028 Additional Information: The project aims to provide high-quality residential units, contributing to the housing demand in the area.
