Short Term accomodation for Homeless and Rough Sleepers including placements in Purpose build schemes, Hotels, bed and Breakfasts and other similar short term placements. Lot 1a: Lot 1A - South Kesteven, Grantham Area The tender is leading by the South Kesteven District Council (SKDC) for the temporary accommodation providing to homeless people in the area of West Lindsey, South Kesteven, North Kesteven and South Holland. This Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is being established in accordance with the Light Touch Regime (regulations 34) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (and any subsequent amendment) to delivery Services to the Council in accordance with this Specification. The DPS will be let for an initial period of eight years commencing from 1st April 2023 with the option to cancel the DPS at the discretion of the Council. Individual Placement Call-off made under the DPS may vary in duration dependent on Service User needs. This will be confirmed when the call-off order is placed for each individual placement. The Council makes no guarantee regarding the number or frequency of Individual Placements to be made under the DPS Agreement. Scope For South Kesteven, this as a statutory service under Homeless Reduction Act 2017, for other areas the service is at their discretion, delivered to support Service User appropriate to the User’s needs following assessment by the Council’s Housing Options team. Service users can be single Persons, couples and families.
