Cet accord-cadre pour la fourniture de rail a pour objet la réalisation des études préparatoires, la fabrication et le chargement de rails Vignole et à gorge nécessaires aux différents projets de développement et/ou de rénovation du réseau de tramway Nantais.L’accord-cadre comprend notamment : - Les études préparatoires, - La fabrication et la fourniture de rails à gorge de profil type GPU ou de rails de profil Vignole,- Le chargement et le transport jusqu’à Nantes et son agglomération ou Quédillac (35).Il s’agit d’un accord cadre de fourniture mono-attributaire, sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 4 000 000 euros HT, sur l’ensemble de la durée de l’accord-cadre, conformément à l’article R. 2162-4 2° du code de la commande publique.
