The University requires a cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS) / Learning Experience Platform (LXP) to support workplace learning for approximately 3,400 staff. The LMS must facilitate an integrated, seamless learning experience accessible via both desktop and mobile devices. The system must integrate with the University's HR people information system, ensuring a single sign-on (SSO) for all staff and enabling an automated data feed for efficient user management. It must support the entire employee learning journey, including onboarding, induction, talent development, performance appraisal, and compliance training.
