Leasing, Installation, Dismantling and Storage of Christmas Illuminations in Kirklees

Description

To design and provide illuminations for town centre schemes in the three major towns of Kirklees - Huddersfield, Dewsbury and Batley. The tender should include - the annual inspection and maintenance of the festive lighting product for the duration of the contract; the maintenance and annual testing of existing infrastructure (eyebolt fixings/anchor points, catenary wires and any other hanging fixings); and attendance at the switch on events in each town for the duration of the contract. The anticipated commencement date for the Contract is 2nd September 2024. The anticipated expiry date for the Contract is 2nd October 2027, with the option to extend for a further 2 years on a year-by-year basis. If all extension options are granted, the Contract will expire 2nd October 2029.
