Maintenance plan, ongoing inspection, common stair cleaning: front and rear close entrances: 1. sweep and wash; 2. Backcourts and External Common areas: — sweep, remove debris, litter, leaves & weeds, — de-weed and prune soft landscaped areas. 3. Bin Stores and Associated Paths/Hardstandings: — sweep, remove debris, litter, leaves & weeds, — powerwash, removing and replacing wheelie bins, — Grounds Maintenance: weeding, — edging, — shrub pruning, — hedge cutting, 4. Grass cutting: — tenements and backcourts and garden care. 5. De-littering: — uplift domestic refuse, debris, litter and sharps, 6. Rank grassland - densely planted area and non-rank grass]: — uplift refuse, furniture and debris, sweep & clear paths, — [non rank] grass cutting, — [rank] perimeter grass cutting, — edging & de-weeding, — cut back shrubs & trees. 7. Bulk removal: — remove/pull through bulk items to kerbside or — collect & remove all debris. The tender will comprise the ESPD Document, your quality score for the TQQ; and the Contract Sum stated on the Form of Tender. The submitted ESPD will be assessed as a pass or fail to identify contractors who pass the thresholds. Subsequently and only for those contractors who have their ESPD assessed as a pass- The criteria for scoring will be to reach a total percentage score as follows: Price (tender)- deducting 1 % from 100 for every percentage point each tender is in excess of the lowest tender, prior to weighting. Quality- out of 100 for your TQQ submission, ranked in relation to the other candidates.
