Description

Orbit has 67 Independent Living (IL) schemes across the Midlands, East Anglia, South London, and the South-East of England, which contain circa 3,800 properties. These schemes enable the resident to live within a safe and secure community with a 24/7 service in case of an emergency. Orbit is seeking to award an initial 12-month contract (with the option further extension of +12 months, +12 months, +12 months depended upon the budget approvals, & strategic scope/requirements of the business.) for the provision of Independent Living Scheme furniture- supply & installations to be delivered across various geographical regions in which Orbit operates. (see table below). There are two lots of furniture requirements, please confirm which lot you are tendering for: (bidders can apply for both lots) Lot1: Free Standing Furniture Lot2: Upholstered Furniture Supply & Installation It will be the successful Supplier’s responsibility to coordinate the delivery and installation of all products within the established completions schedule of this Contract.
