Coillte is establishing a framework agreement from suitably qualified Ecologists for the provision of Ecological Services. The framework agreement will establish the terms governing contracts to be awarded during the specified time period, with particular regard to price, product specification and capability to provide the service required. Any interested party is entitled to submit a tender application for admission to the framework. If you wish to apply for admission to the framework, you must first register on Coillte's Supplier Management System (SMS). All tender applications for admission to the Framework for Professional Ecological Services must be submitted through Coillte's SMS, by logging on and completing all of the requested information. Selection of service suppliers for inclusion in the framework will be based on suitability in terms of qualifications, experience and cost.
