The project is to design and build a QC Laboratory space as a flat roof single storey extension on top of the existing warehouse to support the manufacture of cell and gene therapies. Additional information: There will be a shortlist stage and successful parties will then be invited to participate in the full tender process. It is anticipated that works would commence either late Dec 2019 if practicable or immediately in Jan 2020. It is an under threshold one off procurement.
