Beschaffung einer Ultrahocherhitzungsanlage für flüssige Lebensmittel (UHT-Anlage) im Technikum der Hochschule Hannover Lot 1: Die Hochschule Hannover, Fakultät II - Abteilung Bioverfahrenstechnik beabsichtigt, eine Ultrahocherhitzungsanlage für flüssige Lebensmittel (UHT-Anlage) zu beschaffen. Die Anlage wird in der studentischen Ausbildung und in der Forschung Anwendung finden. Aus diesem Grund soll die Anlage ein weitgefächertes Produktspektrum abbilden können und mit den Möglichkeiten der indirekten und direkten (Infusion und/oder Injektion) Erhitzung ausgestattet sein.
