Description

Health visiting teams are responsible for delivering the 0-5 years element of the National Healthy Child Programme, the national universal early intervention and prevention programme for children. The programme provides a framework to support collaborative work and integrated service delivery. The service is delivered by specialist public health nurses and its universal reach affords an opportunity, from early in a child's life, to identify families who may need additional support, and those children who are at risk of poor outcomes. Lot 1: Health visiting services (such as Infant Feeding and Healthy Start Vitamins) are delivered by specialist public health nurses and its universal reach affords an opportunity, from early in a child's life, to identify families who may need additional support, and those children who are at risk of poor outcomes. Camden Council is intending to award a new S75 Agreement to Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust following direct award process C at a total value of £22,065,000. The new agreement will commence on 1 April 2025 for a period of five (5) years.
