THIS IS A ZERO VALUE CONTRACT TO THE COUNCIL To deliver a combination of solar modelling and impartial advice with optional managed installation for North Norfolk Residents at no cost to the Council. The advice and modelling will be free of charge to the residents, any installations will be a contract between the residents and the Contractor. Lot 1: THIS IS A ZERO VALUE CONTRACT TO THE COUNCIL. This contract is for advice to be given to the resident free of charge, any installations will be a contract between the resident and the Contractor. The Contract will be direct awarded to 'Make My House Green' Additional information: It is the intention of the Council to direct award this contract for a period of 18 months with the option to extend to Make My House Green.
