Gosport Borough Council (GBC) is inviting quotations for the Quantity Surveyor Appointment for the demolition of the existing bus terminal, retail units and offices and the provision of 7 no new concession spaces, public toilets and a people's park public realm space through a two-stage design and build process using the National Procurement Framework and JCT PCSA and D&B contracts. Following the completion of the new bus terminal adjacent to Falkland Gardens, the former bus terminal will become redundant. Subsequently, plans have been drawn up to regenerate this area. This award is for the appointment of a quantity surveyor to provide cost and contract advice for the demolition of the existing bus terminal and completion of the main works including main contractor appointment.
