Interface with level crossing works. Street widening works on Trinity Street either side of the junction. A new turning bay on Seaview Avenue. Upgrade of the existing watermain on Trinity Street. High quality landscaping along entrance road and on Trinity Street frontage. Retailing structures along the entrance road, on Trinity Street and on Seaview Avenue.
