SPS 2818 - Specialist Additional Capacity on Greenwich Peninsula

This service will include the collection, transportation, emptying and returning of compactors containing residentially derived General Waste and Dry Mixed Recycling (DMR) from and to the Waste Transfer Centre (WTC), 20 Millenium Way, London SE10 0BF, off Boord Street. The contract will be for an initial period of 3 years (01 February 2025 – 31 January 2028) with an option to extend for another two years, subject to satisfactory performance. Lot 1: This service will include the collection, transportation, emptying and returning of compactors containing residentially derived General Waste and Dry Mixed Recycling (DMR) from and to the Waste Transfer Centre (WTC), 20 Millenium Way, London SE10 0BF, off Boord Street. Royal Borough of Greenwich wishes to procure a reliable, cost effective and cost efficient service. Service performance will be measured through compliance with the service specification, contract's terms and conditions and performance indicators including collection cycles within agreed timescale, timely submission of invoices, providing required data, fulfill the sampling requirements to support behavioural improvement and ensuring health & safety.
