The Education Unit in An Taisce is seeking to appoint a PR company to manage the communications activity for its annual National Spring Clean Campaign.The company would be engaged from January – May 2012 to carry out the activity outlined here:- Planning, strategy development, committee meetings- Organising national and regional radio advertising campaign including drafting scripts, booking advertising packages and arranging for recording and distribution of same- Developing new and engaging news angles- Driving registrations through securing media coverage; features and interviews in advance of the campaign on a national and regional level- Drafting all press materials and organising a series of photo opportunities including:- A call for registrations approx one month in advance – nationally and regionally- Officially launching the beginning of the National Spring Clean campaign – nationally and regionally- Publicising a number of large events around the country including organising photography/media attendance- Marking the end of the campaign- Providing a dedicated regional media relations team to engage in daily activity from mid-March to April including:- Drafting and issuing of specific weekly press release for each of the 26 counties over a 6-8 week period containing information about events happening in every county each week- Collating details of events as they are registered and grouping according to county/media targets- Contacting all regional groups to gather information about events for media release- Gathering images taken by groups throughout the campaign for regional release- Providing a full media report and analysis following the campaignN.B.
