Opgaverne er opdelt på 3 delaftaler, henholdvis fagområderne el-installationer, maskin-installationer og hydrauliske installationer. Løbende eftersyn af elinstallationer i.h.t eftersynsspecifikationer samt nødvendige reparationer efter aftale med Teknik- og Miljøforvaltningen på de i udbudsmaterialet angivne broer.
