Provision of Consultancy Services (Lot 1) for FM Business Processes, Data Migration, Data Management and (Lot 2) for CAD, Data Management Support for Construction and Engineering Drawings and Document

Description

The ECB sought for a supplier for the provision of consultancy services for facility management business processes, data migration and data management (lot 1) and for consultancy services for CAD and data management support for construction and engineering drawings and documents (lot 2). The successful bidder has to deal with facility management business processes and how they are implemented in the current software solutions (e.g. CAFM as core component for operations (Planon), AutoCAD as the drawing basis for change activities, ECB technical document storage (Meridian from Accruent) plus external databases such as BFSM database), but also with the as-built documentation provided by the construction companies. All systems are up and running now. Some data still needs to be uploaded and data maintenance and verification is ongoing. A TDM knowledge base has been created to support the upload and maintenance of data. Lot 1: Consultancy Services for FM Business Processes, Data Migration and Data Management The main purpose of the envisaged lot 1 framework contract is to provide effective and sound support to the ECB for the tasks related to the implementation and optimisation for facility management business processes related to: — data migration and data management, — digital operation of buildings. Lot 2: Consultancy Services for CAD and Data Management Support for Construction and Engineering Drawings and Documents The main purpose of the envisaged framework contract is to provide effective and sound support to the ECB for the tasks related to the field of CAD and technical data management for construction and engineering drawings as well as documents. The consultancy services provided under lot 2 shall include assistance in updating, reviewing, amending, and preparing architectural and engineering drawings and technical documentation using AutoCAD and Data Manager.
