The College of Medicine, Nursing, and Health Sciences (CMNHS) at University of Galway is seeking to procure an Information Technology (IT) platform/solution to facilitate the capture, analysis, and management of academic workload data. This initiative aims to enhance transparency, equity, and consistency in workload allocation across teaching, research and broader contribution domains for all academic staff within the College. The proposed platform will underpin the development and implementation of a comprehensive Academic Workload Measurement System. This system is intended to provide accurate and actionable insights into workload distribution, ensuring alignment with institutional guidelines and fostering effective resource allocation, staff well-being, and accountability.
