Description

London Legacy Development Corporation ('LLDC') has appointed Greenwich Leisure Limited as the tenant for the Copper Box Arena ('CBA') with responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the CBA. Lot 1: LLDC has appointed Greenwich Leisure Ltd (GLL) as tenant of the Copper Box Arena (CBA) with responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the CBA. The lease term is 10 years from the 1 March 2024. An option to extend for a further 5 years is available to LLDC.
