Instandhaltung, Instandsetzung und Serviceunterstützung des zentralen Plenumsmanagements (ZPMS) im Plenarsaal des Deutschen Bundestages in Berlin Lot 1: Vertragsgegenstand ist die Instandhaltung, Instandsetzung, Störungsbeseitigung und Serviceunterstützung der folgenden technischen Einrichtungen im Plenarsaal des Deutschen Bundestages: - Mikrofon- und Konferenzsysteme, - Dolmetschereinrichtungen, - Projektionseinrichtungen, - Zuspieltechnik (Audio und Video), - Beschallungstechnik, - digitale Audiomatrix, - mechanisches Audiokoppelfeld, - Mediensteuerungen, - eine redundante speicherprogrammierbare Steuerung (SPS), - eine unterbrechungsfreie Stromversorgung (USV). Außerdem sind folgende Leistungen vom Auftragnehmer zu erbringen: - Störungsannahme und telefonischer Support (Hotline), - 1 x jährliche Hardware-Informationen, - Projektleitung und Qualitätskontrolle.
