Aftalen omfatter følgende hovedarbejder: - Nedtagning af eksisterende ventilationsanlæg samt solceller på tag og facade - Nedrivning af eksisterende tagbelægning - Opbygning af ny isolerende tagkonstruktion, samt tagpapbelægning. - Renovering af betonbånd - Udskiftning af mørtelfuger i brystning under vinduer på udvendig facade mod øst og vest samt indvendig facade mod gård - Udskiftning af termoruder og elastiske fuger på alle facader med vinduespartier, samt miljøsanering af asbestplader i vinduesbånd - Registrering af sålbænke samt udskiftning af defekte sålbænke til nye skifferplader - Maling af træværk Beskrivelsen af arbejderne fremgår af udbudsmaterialet.
