Description

MCIS and in particular the Autism group have been using physical intervention training for last 15 years and have been using specifically Team teach training since 2016. Acting in a best interest scenario and having to physically intervene when someone is at risk is acceptable, however, once a person has put themselves at this risk, then this can no longer be classed as unforeseen and any physical intervention required after this, would need to be carried out by trained staff.
