Hertfordshire County Council (the ‘Council’) wishes to establish a framework agreement for the provision of countywide delivery of an apprenticeship training providers service and further information in regard to this opportunity can be found in II.2.4) Description of the procurement field. Organisations wishing to take part in this project are invited to 'express interest' which will give access to the full procurement documents in the e-tendering system. Please see VI.3) Additional information for further information. Any questions relating to this procurement must be made via the correspondence area in the e-Tendering system, in accordance with the procurement documents and can be addressed to the main contact as shown in the details above. Lot HCC2416097: Provision of Apprenticeship Levy Training Provider Framework Hertfordshire County Council (the ‘Council’) - wishes to procure a Framework Agreement of external Training Providers who are accredited to A P A R (Apprenticeship Provider and Assessment Register) the Government’s approved register- to deliver quality apprenticeships across a variety of areas throughout Hertfordshire. The Framework Agreement will be awarded and managed by Hertfordshire County Council on its own behalf of and on behalf of other Participating Bodies. The following contracting entities are ‘Participating Bodies’ for the purposes of this Framework Agreement: Any present or future trading arm, wholly owned company, mutual, joint venture, trust, and shared service of Hertfordshire County Council. Those Hertfordshire community, foundation, free, studio, voluntary aided and voluntary controlled schools and academies specified on the list set out on link to Schools within Appendix 3 . All Hertfordshire Borough and District Councils.The Council intends for this Framework Agreement to be flexible and continue to meet the needs of the Council and the Participating Bodies as new apprenticeship Standards are approved by Government and therefore reserves the right to alter the Specification at any time and add any new apprenticeship Standards as they become available and request pricing for those apprenticeship standards from approved Training Providers to the Framework Agreement.The Services required under this Framework Agreement have been split into the following Lots, and Training Providers may bid for the Standards advertised within one, some or all of the Lots-The Training Provider will Not be required to Bid for all the Standards advertised within any given Lot.Lot 1- Business, Leadership and ManagementLot 2- Legal, Finance and AccountingLot 3- Digital, Creative and DesignLot 4- Health and Care ServicesLot 5- Education and Early YearsLot 6- Agriculture and EnvironmentalLot 7- Property, Construction and EngineeringLot 8- Community ProtectionThe anticipated total annual joint expenditure for this Service over all Lots over the potential full duration of the Framework will be approximately: G B P 3,540,000.00. Therefore the estimated total value of the Framework over its lifetime could be up to G B P 14,160,000.00The Contract Period for this Framework Agreement is an initial period of two (2) years with the option to extend by a further two (2) years . Therefore, the maximum duration of this Contract could be four years. unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Contract.Please note that the requirements of the Framework Agreement will be subject to available financial resources, supplier performance and flexibility to meet changing demands. In addition, there will be no form of exclusivity or volume that is guaranteed under the resultant Framework Agreement and the Council will be entitled to enter into other Contracts and arrangements with other Providers for the provision of any, or all, of the requirements which are the same as, or similar to those specified under the established Contract. Lot One: Business, Leadership and Management Within this Lot, the subject areas covered include (but are not limited to) project management, business administration, customer service, human resources, procurement, and leadership, all designed to provide individuals with the necessary skills and expertise for success in their respective careers. Lot Two: Legal, Finance and Accounting Within this Lot, the subject areas covered include (but are not limited to) Accounting, Finance, Insurance, and Legal professions. Covering a variety of roles such as accounting, taxation, audit, payroll, compliance, insurance, and legal services, aimed at equipping individuals with essential skills and expertise for their respective careers. Lot Three: Digital, Creative and Design Within this Lot, the subject areas covered include (but are not limited to) Digital, Technology, and Marketing. Encompass roles such as cyber security, data analysis, digital marketing, network engineering, and content creation, designed to equip individuals with the specialized skills and knowledge needed for success in the rapidly evolving digital landscape. Lot Four: Health and Care Services Within this Lot, the subject areas covered include (but are not limited to), Health and Social care. Covering roles such as nursing, social work, healthcare support, community coaching, public health, and environmental health. This includes specialised care for both adults and children, ensuring comprehensive support across all age groups. Lot Five: Education and Early Years Within this Lot, the subject areas covered include (but are not limited to) Education. Covering roles such as early years educators, teaching assistants, academic professionals, and specialist teachers, designed to equip individuals with the necessary skills and expertise for various educational settings and teaching specialisations. Lot Six: Agriculture and Environmental Within this Lot, the subject areas include (but are not limited to) Environmental Conservation and Management. Encompass roles such as countryside ranger, countryside worker, ecologist, and environmental practitioner, designed to equip individuals with the skills and expertise needed to protect and manage natural environments. Lot Seven: Property, Construction and Engineering Within this Lot, the subject areas include (but are not limited to) Construction, Engineering, and Facilities Management. Covering roles such as surveyors, civil engineers, construction technicians, facilities managers, and transport planners, designed to equip individuals with the specialized skills and knowledge needed for success in these industries. Lot Eight: Community Protection Within this Lot, the subject areas include (but are not limited to) Public Safety and Justice. Covering roles such as community safety advisor, counter fraud investigator, emergency contact handler, fire safety inspector, intelligence analyst, operational firefighter, and youth justice practitioner, designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary for maintaining public safety and justice.
