Udbuddet omfatter marinegasolie med et svovlindhold på maksimalt 0,1 %. Tilbudsgiver skal under denne rammeaftale forestå levering af marinegasolie til såvel Ordregivernes egne tankanlæg, offentlige tankanlæg samt tankanlæg stillet til rådighed af Tilbudsgiver på havne i Danmark. Havne på Bornholm er undtaget fra nærværende udbud, jf. Forsyningsvirksomhedsdirektivets art. 16, stk. 10. Ordregiverne har valgt at lade tankanlæg på havnen i Hals samt havnen i Oddesund, som er omfattet af Limfjord Pilot, indgå som en option på nærværende rammeaftale. Såfremt Limfjord Pilot ønsker at gøre brug af optionen, skal Tilbudsgiver stille et tankanlæg til rådighed for Limfjord Pilot ved havnen i Hals, samt forestå levering af marinegasolie til tankanlæg på havnen i Hals samt havnen i Oddesund. Udbuddet omfatter således levering af marinegasolie til op til i alt 20 havne i Danmark, hvoraf 2 er optioner Ordregiverne ønsker at indgå rammeaftale med 1 leverandør. Udbuddet er således ikke opdelt i delaftaler.
