Manual security services for the health trusts in the Central Norway Regional Health Authority [Helse Midt-Norge]

The procurement concerns the health trusts in the Central Norway Regional Health Authority [Helse Midt-Norge], including: St. Olavs Hospital Trust, Møre and Romsdal Hospital Trust, and the Northern Norway Regional Health Authority [Helse Nord-Trøndelag HF]. The contracting authority would like offers for manual security services, including: Mobile security guards, stationary security guards, patient security guards and alarm reception. Lot 1: The contracting authority requests tenders for manual security services, including: - Mobile security guard services involve interior and/or exterior watch rounds of shorter duration and frequency in accordance with the contracting authority's needs, where guards mainly perform preventive security assignments and area control. - Stationary security guard services means assignments with a permanent presence at the Contracting Authority's premises for the entire duration of the assignment. Stationary security guard services are carried out with short-term and continuous staffing, respectively. Short-term staffing means that security guard services are ordered when needed for a defined period, while continuous staffing means that security guard services are carried out in a schedule of regular shifts. - Examples of assignments that may be included in stationary security guard services are monitoring/control of security systems and customer areas using ITV, operation of alarms, internal watch rounds with preventive security assignments, operation of switchboards, various service assignments, etc. - Patient security guard services involve assignments with a permanent presence at the Contracting Authority's premises for the entire duration of the assignment, and is connected with security guard services for one or more patients. Patient security guard services deal with looking after patients who, for various reasons, need to be protected from themselves or their environment. This could be, for example, people with dementia, substance-related challenges or severe mental illness. - Alarm reception involves receiving and responding to alarms.
