The Queen’s Park Café is located within Charnwood Museum, which is situated in Queens Park. Historic sales highlight a turnover of £75,000 - £88,000 per annum. The basis of the proposed contract is to receive a guaranteed rent from the contractor who will earn their income from profits achieved above and beyond this rent and other agreed cost payable to the Council, which include utilities, telephone, and waste/refuse collection.
